1. Who We Are
Old Station Road (ABN 81 546 928 696) operates this website. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we’re talking about Old Station Road and no one else.
2. Products & Print-On-Demand
We make our products to order using a trusted print-on-demand partner (Printify and their fulfilment network). That means:
- Items are printed after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse.
- Small variations in colour, print alignment, and garment sizing can happen.
- Once production starts, we can’t cancel or change the order.
3. Orders
- Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- Production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
- You’ll get an order confirmation and tracking where available.
- We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, system errors, or availability issues.
4. Shipping
- We ship Australia-wide.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Delivery time depends on courier, location, and fulfilment centre.
- Sometimes orders may come in multiple parcels.
5. Refunds & Returns
Because each product is made to order, we can only accept returns or replacements if:
- The item is faulty (print error, damaged in transit, wrong item sent).
Change-of-mind returns (including wrong size) are not automatically eligible, but we may help if the item is unworn and in original condition. See our full Returns Policy for the details.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through PayPal, Afterpay, Stripe or similar providers. We never store your card details.
7. Promotions
Discount codes and offers can’t be stacked unless clearly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
Our designs, images, product descriptions, and branding belong to us. Don’t copy, reproduce, or resell them without permission.
9. Liability
We do our best, but we’re not responsible for delays we can’t control (courier issues, global events, etc.).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
