Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your gear. Here’s how returns and refunds work — no confusion, no fine print.

1. Made-to-Order

Everything is printed after you order it. That means:

  • We don’t carry bulk stock.
  • Orders can’t be cancelled once printing starts.

2. Faulty or Wrong Item

If you receive something damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — we’ll sort it. Just email:

support@oldstationroad.com.au

Please include photos within 14 days of delivery.

3. Change of Mind / Wrong Size

Because items are printed specifically for you, we don’t automatically accept change-of-mind returns.

If it’s unworn, unwashed, and still has tags, we might be able to help — but replacements aren’t guaranteed.

4. Return Shipping

If it’s our fault, we cover it. If not, return postage is on you.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If tracking shows a parcel is lost or hasn’t moved for an unreasonable amount of time, we’ll help lodge a claim and organise a replacement if needed.
